Also we will need Local Project Units (LPU) in urban areas.
The role of the LPU wil be as follows and may keep growing:
- Processing of some items that are best processed nearest and transparently to customer e.g. Grain flours, cold pressed oils.
- Coordinating group orders for seasonal fruits etc.
- Stocking and local logistics of some items where inventory can be kept locally e.g. Apple vinegars, honey etc.
- Free health network local territory awareness and distribution of giloy etc.
- ( If capable) : Connecting surrounding ecologies to your project unit, facilitating, rating and adding their products.
Please note that Aranyaani App will be the medium for generating Orders, etc.
What is expected if someone wants to run an LPU:
- Nearby consumer population circle of 2 to 3 lacs
- Passion for this work ; ability to network
- Adequate space (200 to 300 sft)
- Ability to small purchase cold press and flour units. Expected budget is around 1.5 lacs.
- A refundable deposit of 1 lac.
- One travel for meeting a year to a project location (More travels anyways welcome)
Our legal contract will be strict yet very simple, and easy to break by either side.
The monthly ROIs can be very heavy, yet we have kept bare minimum deposit as passion is the key.
